Did you say cake? Why not try out this super spongy keto marble cake topped with our Funky Fat Choc. The whole family will love it
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 80g almond flour
- 35g sweetener (Erythritol or Monk fruit)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup or more sweetener
- 60g peanut butter
- 40g butter or coconut oil
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Topping:
- 1 bar of Funky Fat Dark Chocolate
- 15g butter or coconut oil
Instructions:
1. We start by melting long the butter with the peanut butter in the microwave.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the cake starting with the dry ones in a big bowl.
3. Put the mixture in a rectangular silicone mold.
4. In a separate bowl melt the butter & chocolate for the topping.
5. Once melted add to the cake mixture and swirl it in with a knife.
6. Bake at 180ºC 25/30 mins.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup or more sweetener
