Sugar-free Brookies (a.k.a. BrownieCookies)

The healthiest and fastest Keto Brookies you will ever prepare!

Ingredients:

Cookie Layer: 
  • 1 ⅓ cups super-fine blanched almond flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free sweetener blend
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ bar Funky Fat Chocs
Brownie Layer:
  • ⅔ cup super-fine blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup sugar-free sweetener blend
  • ¼ cup Dutch cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp Funky Fat Chocs

 

Instructions:

Brownie Layer:
  1. Mix the unsalted butter and the sweetener.
  2. Add one egg, the cocoa powder, the almond flower, the baking soda, and the salt and mix. 
  3. Pick your Funky Fat Choc. Cut them into pieces and add to the mix. 
Cookie Layer:
  1. Mix the butter, the sweetener, one egg, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking soda and salt well. 
  2. Mix the Funky Fat Chocs true the mix. 
  3. Put the layers on top of each other in a cake form. 
  4. Bake for 25 min at 175 degrees.
