It's not fall if you don't make desserts with your own Pumpkin Spice mix and yes... it has pumpkin in it.
Did you know that pumpkin has only 7g of carbohydrates x 100g, and that it has a lot of benefits for the immune & digestive system... ?
First of all boil the pumpkin and once it's done mash it with a fork...
Ingredients:
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 100g almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 50g coconut oil or butter or ghee
- Pumpkin spice mix: Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
- 40g sweetener (Erythritol)
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 30g Californian walnuts
- 50g Funky Fat Foods Chocolate
Instructions:
The topping is super easy to make too, Andy uses mascarpone, cream cheese sweetener and vanilla.
