The healthiest and fastest Keto Brookies you will ever prepare!
Ingredients:
Cookie Layer:
- 1 ⅓ cups super-fine blanched almond flour
- ⅓ cup sugar-free sweetener blend
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ bar Funky Fat Chocs
Brownie Layer:
- ⅔ cup super-fine blanched almond flour
- ½ cup sugar-free sweetener blend
- ¼ cup Dutch cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp Funky Fat Chocs
Instructions:
Brownie Layer:
- Mix the unsalted butter and the sweetener.
- Add one egg, the cocoa powder, the almond flower, the baking soda, and the salt and mix.
- Pick your Funky Fat Choc. Cut them into pieces and add to the mix.
Cookie Layer:
- Mix the butter, the sweetener, one egg, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking soda and salt well.
- Mix the Funky Fat Chocs true the mix.
- Put the layers on top of each other in a cake form.
- Bake for 25 min at 175 degrees.
