You can't miss this delicious white and dark creamy chocolate dessert. By getting the Funky Classic Subscription bundle you can make 5 of these.
Ingredients:
Dark choc layer:
- 300ml whipping cream
- 100g (2 bars) of Funky Fat Choc Dark
- 4 gelatin sheets
White Choc layer:
- 300ml whipping cream
- 100g (2 bars) of Funky Fat Choc White
- 4 gelatin sheets
Instructions:
- Hydrate gelatin while you mix the cream and Funky Fat Choc Dark and heat until melted. Add gelatin* and mix again.
- Pour the dark choc layer in the glass/cup of your choice and let it cool completely (about 1 hour).
- Once cooled, repeat step 1 in a separate bowl with Funky Fat Choc White.
- Pour in the mixture over the cooled dark choc layer and let it cool again.
- Enjoy this delicious creamy sugar-free treat as a dessert or even as a snack.
*Extra TIP: Use 3 sheets instead of 4 if you want it smoother.
