Did you know that pure chocolate made with raw cacao it is one of the higher in antioxidants than fruit? 

Before you go running to grab a chocolate bar, remember that cacao content matters. Always go for 70% and higher to make sure you get a high share of antioxidants. But why should we eat foods high in antioxidants?
