Dark Chocolate 75%: 75% Cacao Mass + Cocoa butter, Erythritol, MCT Oil Powder with Acacia Fiber (100% derived from coconuts).
Dark chocolate 71% + Coconuts: 71% Cacao Mass + Cocoa butter, Erythritol, Shredded coconut, MCT Powder with Acacia Fiber (100% derived from coconuts).

2. What is MCT?
MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides) are healthy fats that are satisfying and quickly metabolized by the liver. Giving an instant energy and brain boost.
3. What type of MCTs are your choc bars made with?
We use MCT powder C8/C10 extracted from coconuts and blended with acacia fibre.
4. Why did you add MCT powder instead of oil?
Because it's better for you! MCT powder is easier on your stomach than MCT oil - causing no distress.
5. How much MCT is in one bar?
About half a teaspoon of MCT per bar. Which is perfect for everyone - either if you're are used or not with taking MCTs.
6. What is Erythritol?
Erythritol is a keto-friendly, natural sweetener. A polyol (sugar alcohol) found in some fruits and vegetables. It has very few calories, is metabolism friendly and easy to digest.
7. What’s the origin of your cacao beans?
Our chocolate bars are made with organic Peruvian cacao, that is delicious and high in healthy fats. All our bars are organic and ethically produced.
8. What is the net carb of each bar?
All dark chocolate flavors (Dark, Hazelnut, Coconut, Coffee) have 2.5g net carbs per bar. The white chocolate has 0.5g of net carbs per bar.
9. I'm not on keto. can I still eat your bars?
Of course, our bars are for everyone! Keto or not. However, you get the best health benefits when you reduce simple carbs (or simple sugars). Examples include bread, pasta, white rice, white potatoes, and breakfast cereals. These spike insulin and prevent fat burn. Still, just like “good fats” and “bad fats,” there are simple and complex carbs. These carbs are slowly released into your body, which means no blood-sugar spike. Good carb sources include dark leafy greens like spinach and kale. In fact, any vegetable (commonly those growing above ground), such as broccoli, cauliflower, and green peppers, are awesome carbs.
10. What are your bars free from?
Our bars are free from sugar, soy, GMO, preservatives, artificial flavors, gluten and dairy. However, they may contain traces of milk, nuts and sesame.
11. Are your chocolate bars ok for diabetics?
Absolutely. Our bars contain no sugar. The sweetener erythritol has a low glycemic effect too. So it is safe for diabetics.
12. How can I keep my Choc bars tasty for a long time?
Chocolate is very sensitive to heat and odours. So, to keep the taste and consistency of the bars, it's best to keep it in a cool, dry place in temperatures between 17-21 degrees celsius.

Disclaimer: During the European summer period, we only ship to countries within Northwestern Europe and only while the weather still allows it. Chocolate is sensitive to heat and it has the risk of arriving melted at the destination. Sorry for the inconvenience!
2. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free EU shipping on orders over €50. Outside of these conditions, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as it varies depending on your location.
3. How long does the order take to arrive?
In the Netherlands, delivery times vary from 1-3 working days counting from the shipping date. Outside of the Netherlands, the delivery times can vary between 2-15 working days. However, because of COVID 19, shipments may experience delays.
4. My order did not arrive. what do I do?
If that happens, please check your tracking link to find the status of your order. If there's any issue, please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) informing your name and order number. We'll take care of it for you.
Returns and exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team via email email@example.com stating your wish to return your order and we’ll send you a return label. Please mind that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
2. How do I make a gift exchange?
Just follow the same process as described on our return policy. Just remember you have 14 days to return from the date of receipt. The items must be unopened, unused and in the same conditions as it arrived.
3. What if i get the wrong order or if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence of the damaged items. Our customer service team will evaluate your case and, if approved, we will send you a replacement.
4. How long does it take to get a refund?
If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. The processing time varies according to your bank provider and may take up to 10 working days. If you haven't received a refund yet within this time-frame, first contact your bank.
