INGREDIENTS:

(6 Muffins)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Whip the egg whites.

  3. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate (bain-marie or microwave), add yolks, and mix.
  4. Gently incorporate the egg whites.
  5. Fill into 6 muffin molds, Bake at 160 C for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack and if desired, add erythritol powder.
