Today we bring you a delicious, quick and easy recipe: Keto Twix Bars!
You won't be able to resist these gluten-free, sugar-free and low-carb bars!
Ingredients:

130g Almond Flour
- 40g Erythritol powder
- 50g butter
- 60g Crunchy peanut butter
- Sugar-free syrup (optional)
- 100g melted Funky Fat Dark and White Chocolate
Instructions:
1. For the base, mix the almond flour, the erythritol and the butter.
2. Then knead it and put it in a rectangular mold, flatten it and bake it in the oven for 10 mins at 180º.
3. Add the peanut butter to the mix and freeze it for at least 1 hour.
4. Cut the bars into 4 pieces.
5. Take the melted Keto chocolate and dip the bars in it. If you want, you can put melted chocolate on top.
6. Finally, put the bars in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
