Ingredients:
- 200ml cream
- 1/2 cup sugar free salted caramel syrup
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder dissolved in water
For the cover:
- 150g Funky Fat Choc Dark
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Using an electric whisker, whisk the cream until it has thickened
- Add the salted caramel syrup and vanilla protein and continues to whisk until well incorporated
- Scoop the mix into ice lolly moulds and then freeze
- Melt some dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil, remove the ice lollies and then dip in the dark chocolate
- Enjoy!
